Ubuntu 7.04 released ….. & Website Crashed

I’ll use this post to talk about two different topics which was among the talks during this week. Ubuntu has released it’s long-waiting ‘Ubuntu 7.04′ operating system, so people was very excited about it and wanted to give it a shot because it’s all free. Then the server was down for more than half the day because the traffic was too huge which the server couldn’t stand. This unexpected scenario caused trouble and frustration to many people, but it’s not Ubuntu’s fault….is it? And as you can see from the graph above that Ubuntu’s percentage of online is very high which is more than 99%. April 19 will be the day when Ubuntu is going to remember and try to avoid it in the future. Anyway if you haven’t got Ubuntu, go and get it here.
