Dell has finally agreed and are ready to roll out its new OS on it’s PCs and Laptop as a second choice for Dell buyers. And if you are still wondering if there is going to be a price difference, ‘Yes mate, Ubuntu is free while Windows is d*mn expensive.’ And as we know that 90% of the world’s PC are using Windows because they had never been any PC Vendors who agreed to sell their products with Linux installed instead of Windows. So now countries like Brazil, Argentina and many more developing countries do not use Windows anymore because of the high cost of licensing. Dell, one of the largest PC Vendors, are going to start selling PCs and Laptops with Linux OS so the price will drop and people don’t have to pay for Windows Licensing unnecessarily. Microsoft has got a new rivals now after decade of freeness and doing what ever they want. Lately we only see Microsoft fighting with Google and Yahoo, but now you are going to see Microsoft trying to fight against Linux as well. And a month or two ago there was a survey by Dell asking their customers of whether or not they would want Linux pre-installed and 70% of the survey replied was saying “YES”.

And for those of you who already bought a new PC or Laptop, don’t cry because you can still get Ubuntu downloaded for free.
