Believe it or not, Google engineering team has kick off their new Offline Web Apps into Gears. You can install in straight into your computer from the Google Web Apps pages. The search giant launched Google Gears, which will allow users to run Web applications even when they are not connected to the internet. The only gear available at the moment is the Google Reader which is the company’s RSS system. It runs on Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and on all OS. One of the reason they are doing this is because of the customer’s complaint.
