Windows Live Writer is a blogging tool that will allow you to blog both on online and offline. If you are about to start blogging or haven’t decided where to get a free space then Windows Live Space might be the one you are looking for. There are several good function that Blogger doesn’t have. Although it is less famous than Blogger, they got a program called Windows Live Writer which you can download it and start using from your computer without having to access online. And best of all is now that you have got the Offline Google Reader Gear, you can use it with this Windows Live Writer Beta 2.     The Windows Live Writer Team has Announced Beta 2 is Now Available. The post contains links with good information,  if you are having trouble with the installation of the program.
    Quick Tip - If you have used the previous version of Live Writer, on the new version, look at the bottom of writing area to find categories to add to your post.
