Auto Shutdown After Finishing Firefox Download

Auto Shutdown is another useful Add-ons on Firefox that allows us to automatically shutdown the computer after the download finishes. People often leave their computer open whole night to download stuff and that may also be from FlashGet or Torrents programs, but if you are one of those who use the Firefox Download then this might be a good option for you. It will help you save your power bill and also increase your PC speed by not leaving it on day by day.

After you installed the Auto Shutdown add-ons, you should restart your Firefox to activate it. The add-on will appear on your download and if you check it, it will shutdown not right after, but after a one minute countdown. Unfortunately, problem always appear with these kinky add-ons, because if there’s any dialog box popping up then it will need your help to click and off it.

Maybe Firefox 3 will have this feature without needing to use the add-ons. All other download managers and torrent softwares has this feature in it.

The Auto Shutdown add-on is only available to Windows user as of now.
