FireFTP is the new File Trasnferring Protocol(FTP) service which is integrated inside the Firefox once you installed the FireFTP add-ons. Although most of us only use Filezilla or CuteFTP when it comes to FTP, but its worth a try. Since FireFTP works inside the Firefox browser, you can choose to open it in a new tab or a new window. FireFTP comes with some advance features such as directory comparison, syncing directories while navigating, SSL encryption, Search/Filtering, integrity checks, remote editing, drag & drop (FileZilla can’t do this), file hashing and much more.
